how many calories in an average bottle of red and white wine?
Public Comments
- How big is the bottle!?!
- An entire bottle of wine has about 800 calories in it, give or take
- 2000 A BOTTLE BUT AFTER FIVE BOTTLES YOU WONT CARE HOW MANY THERE IS
- I think it's 75 cals a glass, so 6 glasses in a bottle makes 450. But check the arithmetic as I got chucked out of Higher Maths for being thick.
- ABOUT A THOUSAND. TRY A LOVELY SLICE OF WHOLEMEAL BREAD TOASTED OF COURSE, AND AT 87 CALORIES PER SLICE A HEALTHY OPTION. HAPPY TOASTING
- Hic who gives a ***t ---- Hic
- Approx 500-700. Or if you are doing weight watchers, 8 points per bottle (2 per glass!) Spirits are less fattening to drink.
- about 600 cal but the good news is if you are watching your fat intake there is no fat in any wine, lager or spirits. hope this helps
- lol good question...would like to know.....by the time I have my second glass I couldnt care less anyway
- I don't know but you can buy Weight Watchers wine in supermarkets now so that would be low in calories?
- A 5 oz. glass of wine has around 100 calories and there are about 6 glasses in a standard bottle (750 ml) so a bottle will be around 600 calories. This will vary, of course, depending on the specific wine. Here is a chart that might help: http://www.davidstuff.com/wine/calories.htm
- 75Cal's bottle so 5-6 bottles makes it round about 425 calories.
