Calories in alcohol?

How many calories in: 4 oz wine - red 4 oz wine - white 12 oz. beer 1 jigger of vodka 1 jigger of cordial i.e. sambuka How many oz in a jigger? Anybody know the calorie count of 1 oz of sambuka or frangelica or baileys? Thanks for the equation. It took me a while but I got it!

1. the most calories out of all the alcoholic beverages, I'd say beer has the highest. White wine has lower calories than a red wine I belive.
2. not sure on that...but if you like to drink now and then...skip desert, what I do know is that alcoholic beverage have quite a bit calories

To figure out how much alcohol is in a particular beverage, take the % alcohol figure and multiply it by .8 because alcohol is less dense than water..
