Out of the following drinks which one will be the lowest amount of calories, sugar and etc.?
Out of the following drinks which one will be the least likely to make me gain a few pounds tonight. lol The drink choices I am considering are as follows: six pack of Corona Light beer, a white wine(the entire bottle) and cheap brand rum with diet coke(maybe 8- 10 shots of rum and 4-5 glasses of the diet coke that is it. Please help me to make a unhealthy(healthy) decision which will keep me fit!

- rum would be the better choice. remember alchhol kills your metabolism. it will take your body 2-3 days to return to normal after you drink.
- Any kind of beer light or not is probably not best for gaining weight, but I hardly think six light beers will put weight on. Sodas are the worst thing you could drink, diet or not. Wine would probably be your best bet...worst headache though.
- Nothing will make you gain a few pounds in a night, if you drink enough water, that will increase weight by sheer weight. It takes time for all of the asked things to increase your weight. If you want to remain fit then water is the best drink of all the choices, good balanced diet, regular exercise and water.
- The rum and diet coke will have the least amount of carbohydrates. The Coronas would be my choice mostly because I like beer. There's something like 110 calories per 12 oz. bottle, you could work 660 calories off pretty easily. Still remember alcohol has 200 calories per ounce. Drink enough of it and you'll gain weight fast.
- Definitely Corona the lime or lemon is one serving of fruit. Wine is out I don't like peoples Feet in my drinks. Cheap Rum is like old socks smells bad and you wouldn't want to put it in your mouth either. Sounds like I have a problem with feet I really don't I just haven't wanted them in my mouth since I was about 6 months old. Lift one for me Danni
