- Pinot all the way!
- Chardonnay from California is buttery and oaky. French Chardonnay (Pouilly Fousse) is dryer and richer due to old french oak. Sauvignon Blanc is dry and grassy, grapefruity. Pinot Grigio is very dry and slightly mineralesque. my opinion only
- it is the way they distill the wine in barrels
