Spanish wine tasting?

I'm having a Spanish wine tasting for about 50 people. What kind of orderves should I serve with the wine. And what kind of little table decorations should I use. Thank-you for all your answers.

1. tapas would be great..small bite spanish food..anything with shrimp or chorizo or cut up chicken breast..or even spanish wings!
