Are there any cool wine tasting rooms/bars in Pomona, Ca.?

I'm looking for a wine tasting room/bar close to Foothill and Garey in the Pomona, La Verne, Claremont area. Any suggestions?

1. There is a nice wine tasting FACILITY near the intersection of the 10 and 15 but if you dont mind traveling to South Corona there is Toms Farm off the 15 at Temescal Canyon Rd.Thats a fun place to taste wine ,sit on the patio and enjoy a band on weekends.
