1 small boca patty, i cup spinach, 5 peanuts, 7 almonds roasted,1 date, 1 seedless watermeln whole small one, 1 medium pear, 1 medium aple, 1 medium banana, 1 grapefruit medium, 1 small orange, 10 m n m peanut chocolates, 1 small size 2 by 3 cm chocolate chip cookie made from nestle toll house cookie dough, 1 ld fashioned chocolate donut from say sunnys or yum yum donuts, 5 garlic and cheese croutons, 5 light low fat pringles made with olestra, 1 glass of red and white wine merlot and chardony? can wine ruin my diet if im within my calories?
