- Chicken broth is usually a good alternative in savory dishes. For desserts, use apple juice.
- Diamond has a good answer, for desserts you can use white grape juice
- Champagne vinegar diluted 2 TBS [ 1 oz ] to 7oz water .total volume 1C .The reason that you have to use vinegar is that wine is a acidic and it is the acid component that acts as solvent to extract the flavor(s) of you aromatics Do not ever use cooking wine and please write to your reps to repeal this idiot law
- chicken broth, water, or maybe even try white grape juice, and if you do the white grape juice I would mayde dilute it it just a bit with s alittle water. Or is this a surprise dinner or can you get your folks to buy some white wine. You can also buy non-alcohal wine at the grocery store, I believe.
