how did i do today?
Breakfast: Rice crispies (230 calories) Dannon Light and Fit Yogurt (60 cal) Snack: Plum (30 cal) Lunch/Dinner: I big salad with turkey meat and Red Wine vinegar(plain vinegar, not vinaigrette) 1 cup steamed white rice Snack: Sugar free jello cup(10 cal) Some pretzel rods did i do terrible?? I also did intense aerobics for an hour at the gym today and im in college so i walked ALL DAY

- Add more protien...and you need more vegies and fruit...not so much carbs .. like this Breakfast... 1 egg.or other protien..1 slice of whole wheat toast with butter...1 fruit or 1/2 cup fruit jc. 1/2 c of ff milk lunch...salad was good choice with lots of vegies and lean meat...add a low sugar fruit or fresh fruit and try the brown rice Supper.... lean meat with vegies and a fruit and a baked potato. ...would be good... and for snack make sure you have a protien with a bread..like low fat cheese and crackers....or cottage cheese and crackers... good luck and keep excercising and drink lots of water!
