how did i do?

Breakfast: Rice crispies (230 calories) Dannon Light and Fit Yogurt (60 cal) Snack: Plum (30 cal) Lunch/Dinner: I big salad with turkey meat and Red Wine vinegar(plain vinegar, not vinaigrette) 1 cup steamed white rice Snack: Sugar free jello cup(10 cal) Some pretzel rods did i do terrible?? I also did intense aerobics for an hour at the gym today and im in college so i walked ALL DAY o and by the way i am 18 and 118 lbs....

  1. Looks good, have a bigger breakfast (protein shake), you feel more energetic throughout the day.
  2. Honey, don't eat the rice crispies, white rice, and pretzel rods. And don't try to eat like that, figure out what healthy foods with like, minimum calories you do like and pig out on them! I munch on carrot sticks and celery stalks all day, and I'm not overweight. You'll be fine.
